Project Activities 2015
The first project meeting joined the project partners in Papua in detailed discussions on suitable research and teaching projects. A broad range of topics to collaborate have been identified in marine sciences, assessment and management of lowland forests and mangroves, as well as plant and animal biodiversity assessment. Over the next four years, a steering committee will review project proposals from the partner institutions. A road map has been signed agreeing on common terms of the collaboration to strengthen university networking within Papua, Indonesia and between the international partners.
