This Foundation Office advises and supports the governing bodies of the Foundation, especially the University Foundation Council and the University Foundation Committee.
Other bodies of the Foundation University are for the University the Presidential Board, for the University Medical Center Göttingen the Executive Board of the University Medical Center and the University Medical Center Foundation Committee.
The Foundation Council takes the place of the Foundation Committees in matters concerning both parts of the Foundation University.
