Master of Education: Chemistry

The study course Master of Education must be studied after completion of a two-subject Bachelor course, if a teacher career is intended. In addition to the two subject areas, topics in pedagogy and didactics are taught in the professionalisation module of the study course. Students benefit from a close, practice-related cooperation of the Faculty of Chemistry with different partner schools and the XLAB ? Göttinger Experimentallabor für junge Leute e.V. (Göttingen Experimental Laboratory for Young Persons).

The Master course in chemistry is subject to entrance limitations. Therefore, an application process takes place before enrolment. The study course can be started each year in the winter or summer semester. The regular period of study is 4 semesters.
