Alumni Conference
The Euroculture Programme Göttingen is delighted to welcome you to our cozy town and our alumni conference on “15 Years of Euroculture: Europe in the Wider World.” We are looking forward to a week of exciting and thought provoking events, informal gatherings and a closing ceremony that will bring together former, graduating and current students from around the world.
The Euroculture Programme was founded in 1998 with the objective of finding a new approach to study Europe. Over the years, the Programme has grown to become one of the largest and most distinct consortia in European Higher Education. This week, we do not only want to host a nostalgic reunion of alumni and faculty members. The idea is rather to gather fresh and fruitful ideas for the years ahead. The conference will provide a forum for the discussion of a wide range of topics: the Programme’s profile, current issues in teaching and research, employability, trends in international higher education and chances and challenges for Europe and its relationship to other parts of the world.
