Between 2015 and 2019, Max Alexander Pisek studied business administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. He acquired his bachelor’s degree with his thesis on “Parasocial Interactions in an Online Environment – A Literature Review”.
Max Alexander Pisek completed his master’s degree in Marketing and E-Business at the Georg-August-University of Göttingen. In his master’s thesis, he investigated the effect of Pop-Up Stores ephemerality on perceived product scarcity and impulse buying intentions. In March 2023, he obtained the degree of Master of Science.
During his studies, Max Alexander Pisek gained practical retailing experiences as a working student at ALDI Süd in Munich. He was also employed as a student assistant at the Chair of Marketing and Retail Management between 2021 and 2023.
Since March 2023, Max Alexander Pisek has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Marketing and Retail Management.
