C 1 - 3D density distribution of cells by x-ray holotomography
The project will significantly enhance holographic x-ray imaging and tomography. The goals are: (i) optimized phase retrieval with less idealizations, (ii) higher dimensionality, in particular by generalisation to time-resolved imaging, (iii) an extension from synchrotron-based phase contrast imaging to compact laboratory sources, and (iv) closing the gap from proof-of-concept to applications on cells and tissue.
