Fields of research

The PhD students will either specialize in an experimental or in a theoretical discipline. Fields of research include:

  • all experimental "omics" disciplines, i.e. genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, bioimaging,
  • important theoretical disciplines, i.e. stochastics, theoretical physics, bioinformatics, biometrics, and computational biology.
