Lehr- und Versuchsstation (Teaching and Experimental Station)
The Teaching and Experimental Station Göttingen was founded in 2018 from the Department of cropscience, which has existed since the 1950s.
Our task:
The conduct of
- Greenhouse experiments
- Field experiments
- Demonstration projects
from planning to harvest for the Department of Crop Science (DNPW) and third parties.
The fields of the Reinshof, Marienstein, Deppoldshausen and Relliehausen experimental farms are available for the experiments.
On the 70 ha of experimental and demonstration fields are 40 different experimental projects carried out per year.
