When I started studying German and English in Göttingen in October 2020, it quickly became clear to me that I wanted to take a course in German Sign Language, since I had always been interested in languages and especially in Sign Language. After I was able to take a course in October 2022, I knew that I would like to work more with the language and learn more about it, which is why I am looking forward to working as a student assistant starting October 2023 to contribute and learn more about the German Sign Language.
