Why this reporting form?

The University of Göttingen does not tolerate any forms of sexualized harassment and violence. If you experience forms of sexualized harassment and violence, you can seek advice and support at the Equal Opportunity Office.

The reports are recorded anonymously. If desired, feedback or advice can be given.

What happens with the report?

The report goes to the Equal Opportunity Officer of the Faculty of Humanities.
All messages will be used anonymously . Your personal data will not be shared with third parties.
You decide yourself if and which further steps should be taken.
If you have provided your contact information, you will be asked if you may be contacted by the Equal Opportunity Office.

In the information sheet on Art. 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you will find detailed information on the handling of your data.

We draw your attention to the fact that we may have to report criminal offences (e.g. planned criminal offences in accordance with §138 of the German Criminal Code).

Please indicate whether you yourself have been affected by or observed sexualized violence or harassment.
