Publications at the Institute for Agricultural Law

In the following, the various publications at the Institute of Agricultural Law are categorically listed. An important focus of the institute’s work is the supervision of dissertations. Furthermore, there are publications on the history of the Institute of Agricultural Law, followed by “Handwörterbucher des Agrarrechts” published in the early 1980s. The institute has also issued a series of publications since 1968 within which a part of the dissertations of the institute’s members and since 1997 the yearbook of the agricultural law appears. (Up to and including volume 52 as "Schriftenreihe des Instituts für Landwirtschaftsrecht ", from volume 53 then continued as " Schriften zum Agrar-, Umwelt- und Verbraucherschutzrecht"). Numerous other publications by members of the Institute for Agricultural Law can be found in "Publications of Institute’s Members". There are also the “Göttinger Online Beiträge zum Agrarrecht“.
