Precision mechanics workshop

Welcome to the website of the Precision mechanical workshop of the JFB- Institute in Schwann-Schleiden Research Center.

In co-operation with the in house electronic workshop, we develop equipment and setup tests. The designs are implemented in technical drawings for manufacturing the devices on our machines.

The modern fully equipped workshop of the biology faculty has equipment in the field of CNC Milling technology, conventional turning and milling machining, sheet metal processing and soldering and surface treatment by sandblasting.

We are mainly responsible for the departments of the JFB- Institute of Zoology and Anthropology. In addition, we provide services to the Faculty of Biology and Psychology and if need be for members of other faculties.
