Description and results:

Over 100 IT experts and consultants were surveyed on the usage of IT Performance metrics, specifically their perceptions on critical success factors and challenges that they faced during implementation. Working with this partner has led to other project such as the conjunct survey made in 2010 on ITSM expert certification and the perception of those that had taken the courses.
