This childcare program is designed for children between the ages of 6 – 12. The program is suitable for children who like to explore, collect and get creative themselves and/or have many questions and are looking for child-oriented answers.
This museum educational program starts daily at 8 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Meeting point is the “Forum Wissen”. In the afternoon the individual needs of your children can be addressed flexibly in smaller groups. This is possible due to a good child to care ratio and the wide range of available rooms. How does sustainable, organic farming work in a practical sense? What must be done before the food makes its way to the shelves of the supermarket or to the table? What does grow at all in the summer time? How are farm animals provided for? In this program your children will become little farmers who can harvest, feed, muck and try out everything around farming.
This childcare program is designed for children between the ages of 6 – 12. The program is suitable for children who like animals and have little inhibitions to get dirty or want to drop those inhibitions.
This nature educational program starts daily at 8 a.m. at the Z-Campus (Goßler Straße/ZESS): a shuttle bus will pick up your children and drive them to the international education farm in Havensen. Accompanied by nature educators and caregivers of the “Kindertagespflege Göttingen e.V.” they will have an exiting day. At 4 p.m. you can pick up your children at the ZESS. The parental contribution amounts to 145 euro per child. This sum already includes the shuttle bus and a warm, homemade lunch at the farm.
In order to be able to offer these attractive holiday programme weeks, the university covers a significant part of the costs. Participation in the holiday programme is therefore not possible for external persons. For employees of the University, the holiday care offer is a benefit above the pay scale, which is taxed at a flat rate. This means that taxes on wages and social security contributions arising from the use of the holiday programme are also borne by the University.
