Features
Climate change, digitalisation, disrupted supply chains - companies and societies are facing major transformative changes. The modern working world increasingly requires flexibility. Accordingly, the demands on managers are also changing at an ever faster pace.
The Master's programme in Management takes these developments into account. Topics such as digitalisation and sustainability are examined intensively from different perspectives and areas such as marketing, controlling or corporate strategy.
In addition, the teaching of problem-solving and methodological skills are integral components of the teaching programme, as social and entrepreneurial problems are increasingly complex and can often only be solved in an interdisciplinary manner.
Furthermore, theoretical and practical management skills as well as important key competences are taught in basic modules. Students can also choose from a variety of specialisations and thus create an individual profile and prepare for their future career start.
