Diversity Connects - International Football Tournament a Complete Success!

Ten students from the project management workshop (led by Alexander Moritz) were able to create something wonderful during the semester holidays.

Using the slogan 'Diversity Connects - Football Knows No Language', the crossing of refugees and students from Göttingen received a sporty kick. The students' idea was also able to support the ZESS initiative, Integration Tandem and Supervised Networking. The tournament was held on 13th March 2018 from 5-9 p.m. at the Haus der Kulturen in Göttingen and was a success. The highlight during half-time was a speech held by Abdul Abbasi, who made use of his time on stage to introduce his book and use his humour to pose thought-provoking questions. The tournament concluded with everyone being a winner!
