Deletion Concept

We are currently developing a concept to comply with the DSGVO-compliant deletion of exam data.
After the end of the calendar year in which the examination took place, the data should be deleted after 3 years (exams from 2019 can be deleted on 01.01.2023). This includes the examinee data in the examination system, the login sheets and the digitally archived exams including checksum protocols and screenshots of the tests.
