The University of Göttingen in re-audit

The diversity audit " Vielfalt gestalten" of the Stifterverband supports and advises universities and non-university research institutions in developing concepts and measures for a productive approach to diversity at their institution. It combines elements of organisational development with collegial advice and external support.
In February 2019, the Stifterverband awarded the University of Göttingen the "Vielfalt gestalten"" diversity audit certificate at the end of a two-year process.
The "Vielfalt gestalten" re-audit serves to review, consolidate and further develop the diversity strategy developed in the initial audit. It aims to support audited universities in consistently pursuing their specific diversity goals and encourage them to include all member groups of the university in the diversity strategy.

Göttingen University registered for a re-audit in December 2022 and aims to complete this in the first half of 2024.
All persons involved in diversity at central and decentralised level are invited to participate, in particular to take part in the public part of the one-day peer review on Thursday, 25 April 2024.
