Countering prejudices when starting a career
Surveys and testing studies show that not all people have the same opportunities when starting a career. Both educational biography and the respective life circumstances have an impact on the job search and application process. Barriers arise more frequently for students with health impairments, (family) history of migration or flight, family or care responsibilities or first-generation college students. As part of the Brückenschlag+ project, we have created materials to support you with specific questions about the application process.
In this collection you will find career papers focusing on different aspects, expert interviews and references to further points of contact and advice centres (only in German).
