University communication for the entry into studies
"Sprachlich kompetent ins Studium" - DAAD-funded project of the Key Competence Area Intercultural Interactions of the Georg-August-University Göttingen and the Kyiv National Linguistic University (Kyiv, Ukraine)
A new project of the Key Competence Area Intercultural Interactions at the Department of Intercultural German Studies in cooperation with the Kyiv National Linguistic University will start in the winter semester 2022/23. The project aims to develop online learning materials on university communication and language learning. The materials, which can be used individually, are intended to help prospective students from Ukraine in particular prepare for studying at Göttingen University.
InnoPlus project Academic Fellows: MWK funds innovative teaching-learning project on university communication in the field of study
Academic Fellows is a current project of the key competence area Intercultural Interactions, located in the Department of Intercultural German Studies, Seminar for German Philology. The project is funded by the Ministry of Science and Culture of Lower Saxony for one year and will be implemented in the winter semester 2022/2023. Academic Fellows contributes to the socialization of a diverse student body into the university by providing first-year students with an introduction to university communication. An introductory course in the bachelor's degree program 'World Literature' serves as a pilot for the implementation.Deutsch Digital
The German Digital Team offers support and training for colleagues as well as seminars for students on the topic of e-learning in foreign language teaching. In addition, the team creates Open Educational Resources (OER) as part of their German Learning Snacks, which can be used as self-learning materials or teaching materials - among others on the topic of university communication.Insights into the Deutsch Digital project and the team can be found here.
