Project led by Göttingen analyzes individual qualification needs in companies

(pug) A lack of IT security (ITS) skills among employees represents the central weakness in defending against cyber attacks. Researchers are addressing this problem in the joint project "ITS.kompetent: Determining IT Security Qualification Needs Using Competence Measurement and Profile Matching" led by the University of Göttingen. The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) is funding the project for three years with a total of around 950.000 euros.
