Caspar Baumeister (25)
Since Caspar had been enrolled at the faculty of law in Goettingen, he has had the participation in the Moot in mind. Looking back, he was a “Mootie” in the 25th competition and a student coach in the 27th competition. Looking forward, he returns as head coach for the 29th competition – accurately fitting the two-year pattern.
In the meantime, he passed the First State Exam, enabling him to enrol as a Ph.D. student and research assistant at the Chair of Prof. Muench. His thesis bears the preliminary title “De lege ferenda: Interim Measures in Arbitration Law”. Accordingly, he not only aspires to work closely with the Goettingen Team, but also get in touch with academics and practitioners to expand profession and proficiency.
In his spare time, Caspar functions as author and editor for the Göttingen Law Journal, plays tennis and enjoys hunting.
