i-share – The Future of Work
In a changing world of work, freelancing has become increasingly attractive. While freelancing work can lead to greater job satisfaction and a better work-life balance, this form of work can also lead to social isolation of freelancers and make it considerably more difficult for them to build up and use a network.
Aim of project:
The project sheds light on the work of freelancers in Germany on the basis of a qualitative study. A special focus is on working conditions in and potentials of coworking spaces for freelancing work, especially regarding the creation of opportunities for networking and collaboration.
