Welcome to Tizian Matschak- our newest team member

Since March 1, 2021, he has been working as a research associate at the Junior Professorship for Information Security and Compliance. He will conduct research there as part of the project "Prozess-orientierte wirtschaftliche Bewertung und Auswahl von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen" (ProBITS), which is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

Tizian Matschak completed his bachelor's and master's degree in business informatics at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and a semester abroad in Business Itelligence and Machine Learning an der École d'ingénieur généraliste en informatique et technologies du numérique (EFREI) in Paris. His master thesis was titled "Design of a Machine Learning Based Anomaly Detection for Medical Prescription Data". As a member of the chair's staff, he will now advance the combination of the highly topical subjects of IT security and machine learning.
