Preliminary exam evaluation, Compensation of examrelated disadvantages and permitted examresources
Before taking part in an exam, please note the separate information on the following points and the general requirements of the examination office.
- Preliminary exam evaluation: In principle, no pre-corrections are allowed for examinations and term papers supervised by the chair. However, the correction deadlines are set in time, that grades can be entered in FlexNow by the end of the semester. Requests for exceptions have no chance of success, so please refrain from making such requests.
- Compensation for examrelated disadvantages: If you wish to claim compensation for disadvantages for a specific examination, please contact the examination office of the faculty in good time before the examination date. Only if this office agrees with your request and informs the chair compensation for disadvantages can be considered.
- Permitted examresources: During the examination, electronic devices must be switched off and must not be on your body; this applies in particular to smartphones and especially smartwatches. Devices other than your own legal text are not permitted. You may make markings in your laws to the extent that is permitted for the first compulsory legal subject examination, cf. point VI. of the checklist regarding permitted examresources published by the LJPA.
