Cederic Meier (23, Coach)
Cederic has been studying law at the University of Göttingen since the winter of 2015 and took part in the 26th Willem C. Vis Moot 2018/19. After completing the written part of his First State Examination this autumn, he will pass on his experience by coaching the new team. Simultaneously, he will deepen his knowledge of international and European law. Cederic works as a student assistant at the Institute for General State Theory in Göttingen.
Since the beginning of his studies, Cederic has been involved with the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA). As Vice President for Academic Activities, he organised numerous moot courts on a national and international level. After having completed a summer law school on arbitration in Geneva, he is pleased to be involved with the Vis Moot again. Cederic finds a balance to his studies in playing basketball and on the athletics track.
