Central Conflict Management

The Central Conflict management offers you a broad range of services for the professional handling of conflicts as well as mediation and conflict management in actual conflict situations.

Different premises, perceptions, interests and aims are an essential part of the interconnected working reality in science and administration. Thereof, disagreements resp. conflicts may occur. Constructive conflict resolutions can be as equally important for reasonable changes and awareness. Nevertheless, with increasing endurance and escalation intensity, unsolved conflicts have a negative impact on teamwork, working results, office atmosphere and the individual health.

The Central Conflict Management (CCM) is dedicated to support the handling of conflicts at the university, so that negative impact can be reduced and the chances related to the conflicts can be seized. It offers you a broad range of services for the professional handling of conflicts as well as mediation and conflict management in urgent conflict situations. In cases of conflict, the CCM’s work is in accordance with the regulations of the Mediation Law confidential and not bound by directives.

 

The services and information of the CCM will be gradually extended and introduced to the university.
