KGP – Knowledge and Governance in Projects

This research project is concerned with temporary forms of organization in various industries, such as mechanical and plant engineering and the construction industry. The focus is on mechanisms that, on the one hand, ensure the governance of temporary organizations and, on the other hand, support learning within and between these organizations. In addition to contractual and formal forms of governance, social forms of governance in particular, such as trust and shared norms, will be investigated.

This project is in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Mark Ebers, University of Cologne.
