From enthusiasm to burnout, teamwork to free-riding and compliance to corporate social irresponsibility - the behavioral spectrum in and of organizations appears to be very multifaceted.
The lecture Organizational Behavior deals with the explanation - but also the prediction and control - of behavior in and of organizations. Within this framework, basic positions of motivation theory and emotion theory and their organizational application potentials are discussed as well as group phenomena are analyzed and success criteria of group work are reflected.
In addition, you will look at organizational conflict events as well as the intelligent handling of conflicts. Furthermore, the development and function of organizational cultures as well as the topics of organizational change and learning are the focus of the course.
