Georg-August-University Göttingen (ZESS) had the pleasure of hosting the 11th Annual Conference of the Society for Transferable Skills in Teaching, Research and Practice e.V. from 1st - 3rd September 2014. The event saw the attendance of numerous guests from various universities and polytechnics interested in transferable skills and who have either integrated/want to integrate it in their teaching, or would like to support colleagues who are doing so.

Over three days, the conference participants engaged in discussions, presented ideas and took part in workshops on new formats and ideas to expand the range of transferable skill available at polytechnics and universities.
