Exmatriculation
For the exmatriculation procedure two ways are possible:
- self-service function option at the ecampus homepage
- Printed form Find file under Exmatriculation sheet/Withdrawal
After login, select point SB/UniVZ and the option EXMATRICULATION. Please choose date and reason of exmatriculation
(reason: Beendigung des Studiums nach bestandener Prüfung), for verification a usage of the personal TANs is essential.
After successful completion of the from, hand in the paper to the office of the student affairs.
After the successful process of exmatriculation, the sheets of confirmation can be printed out under the self-service function.
IF it is necessary to immatriculate for the next semester and the master thesis will be finished in the first 4 weeks of the new semester, the tuition can be asked back from the university. Can be done in 3 steps:
- 1. Exmatriculation
- 2. Reimbursement Find file under Application for reimbursement of tuition or directly
- 3.Student ID Student ID card has to sent back to the office of student affairs
For filling out please consider:
- Erstattungsgrund (reason of reimbursement): 2223 Exmatrikulation
After successful completion of the from, hand in the paper to the office of the student affairs.
The application for the exmatriculation, the reimbursement and sending back the student id card must be done before the deadline of 4 weeks end
Please prepare the papers at least one week before this date!
