13.12.2024 I 2nd German-Japanese Criminal Law Day Online via Zoom
The 2nd German-Japanese Criminal Law Day will take place online as a Zoom webinar on 13 December 2024. The conference will be organised by Prof. Dr. Gunnar Duttge and Prof. Dr. Tadaki (Chuo University, Tokyo) with special support from the German-Japanese Lawyers` Association.
The conference will focus on two central topics: Firstly, the significance of mental illness in medical and criminal law, and secondly, the legal challenges of demographic change. You can look forward to contributions from:
