Printing: Documents that were not created in the CIP-Pool

Documents, that were not created in the CIP-Pool, might differ concerning the displayed and the printed result. This might be due to different versions of Microsoft Word etc. used. To avoid problems in this concern it is recommended to convert your documents to PDF at home.

For this reason several free software packages are available besides the full version of Adobe Acrobat. For example CutePDF and FreePDFXP. Information about their functionalities and usage can be found on the respective webpages.
