Basic molecular biology and cell culturing (including embryonic stem cells), optogenetic tools, retroviral transductions, Western blotting, Drosophila melanogaster care, serial section microscopy and sample sectioning (including vibratome, microtome and cryostat use). Microscopy training includes use of High Resolution Confocal, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Fluorescence Microscopy, and Bright-field. Software use includes ImageJ and Fiji, Reconstruct, R, and Excel
