SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

My current interest centers on the localization of brain functions, especially the high level cognitive functions such as language abilities. As far as I am concerned, there is still a big gap between global brain functions and neural circuit structures. I hope to contribute to the understanding of biological basis and the dynamic working mechanisms of the cognitive functions.
