SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS
Though I have always been interested in molecular biology and pharmacology at any level, I developed a strong fascination for cognitive and molecular neuroscience, especially in the context of studying neurodegenerative diseases. I would like to conduct research concerning neurodegenerative disorders, especially those affecting brain functions, and to contribute to finding a cure for these diseases in order to improve the life expectancies and the well-being of affected patients.
