Research interest
My research focuses on the coevolution of fold-thrust belts and their related sedimentary basins to understand their interaction on the surface and their link to deep-earth geodynamic processes. I conduct field-based research and deploy various methods and datasets in geology (e.g., stratigraphic and structural measurements and magnetostratigraphy), and geochemistry (e.g., detrital geochemistry, geochronology, and thermochronology) to formulate a holistic conceptual model about lithosphere evolution.
