University of Jambi - UNJA
The Jambi University (UNJA, or Universitas Jambi) is our local partner university in Jambi City, Jambi, Indonesia. It is a public university founded in 1960 with about 18,000 students. The University is developing fast with increasing numbers of collaborations. The Jambi University is the central contact point for the CRC on-site. During Phase 1, UNJA and the CRC benefitted equally from their successful and fruitful collaboration. Students from various faculties profited from their participation in research projects. Scientists collaborate as counterparts and contribute to the research development of the project (e.g. publications). At the same time the CRC benefits from the research infrastructure of Jambi University.
